Organisational Change in SIM East Asia Region 新管理架构
As SIM East Asia grows and also to be more aligned to SIM International global structure, the entities within SIM East Asia Region will be grouped into Cluster A and Cluster B, effective April 1, 2026.
Cluster A includes: SIM East Asia Ltd, SIM-Region C, Philippines, North East India and Taiwan.
Cluster B includes: SIM Country B, Indonesia, East Malaysia, West Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore.
Cluster A consists of those entities which have grown to a certain size and signed on as Member of SIM Global Assembly. Cluster B consists of SIM entities that are still developing and working together with shared resources. While all different entites continue to cooperate closely and inter-dependently, Cluster A entites will be more self-sufficient in serving the missionaries and churches. Cluster B will operate under SIM East Asia Limited whose office is in Singapore. It is also a charity organisation. This operation is headed by an Executive Director (ED), Ps Suhandy Yao.
The Regional Director (RD), Dr Ng Khee Yang has oversight of the East Asia region and he is the representative of SIM International Director for the region.
For ease of communication, we request that churches, supporters and friends from Cluster A connect with the signatory Entity Directors and the Regional Director. For Cluster B, please contact the non signatory Entity Directors and the Executive Director.

感谢主的恩典！随着SIM东亚区不断成长，并与SIM国际的全球管理架构更紧密对齐，自2026年4月1日起，SIM东亚区将划分为 A 、B 两组。
• A 组包括：SIM 东亚区有限公司、SIM C 区、菲律宾、印度东北和台湾。
• B 组包括：SIM B 国、印尼、东马来西亚、西马来西亚、香港、日本和新加坡。
A组是已发展到一定规模，并签署成为SIM全球大会会员（Member of SIM Global Assembly）的独立办公室。B组则为仍在发展中，将共享资源并共同合作的办公室。
尽管各办公室将继续紧密合作、相互依赖，A 组将在服事宣教士和教会方面自治、自给、自足。B组则将由设在新加坡的SIM东亚区有限公司（差会）管理，本差会也是一家慈善组织，由执行主任姚伟旋传道（Ps Suhandy Yao）带领。
东亚区总主任黄启扬博士（Dr Ng Khee Yang）则负责监督整个东亚区域，并作为该区域的国际总主任代表。
